Cancellation Policy

Handel Auto Detailing is committed to providing professional, high-quality detailing services to every customer. By scheduling an appointment with us, customers agree to the following service policies. All services are performed based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of arrival. While we strive to achieve the best possible results, some stains, scratches, or interior wear may be permanent and cannot be fully removed. Service times may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and selected package. Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to their appointment. Handel Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle. If excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or other conditions are present, additional charges may apply and will be communicated before service begins. Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled with reasonable notice. Late arrivals may result in service delays or rescheduling. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. By booking a service, customers acknowledge and accept these policies and understand that results may vary depending on vehicle condition. Handel Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if vehicle conditions pose safety or operational concerns.
